Housekeeping Room Check
The Housekeeping Room Check ensures that the desired results of an established cleaning system are consistently achieved by the housekeeping department.
The purpose of a room inspection is to catch any problems that may have been overlooked during the cleaning before a guest arrives and causes dissatisfaction and/or complaints.
Every guest room must be checked on the daily basis by housekeeping supervisor to help attain high customer satisfaction in room comfort and safety. If the floor supervisor is unable to check a room, the Assistant Executive housekeeper must do so before releasing the room for guest occupancy.
The digital check form helps managers to ensure that cleaning tasks are done properly and completed on time, and that every room is in order and sparkling clean before the next guest checks in.
