Fridge Temperature Log
Be confident your fridges and freezers are running at safe temperatures and your food is safe.
The Food Standards Agency recommends that you check and record fridge and freezer temperatures at least once per day. Your fridge should be between 0ºC and 8ºC. And your freezer at around -18ºC.
Use our digital Fridge Temperature Log to save you time and minimise problems:
- Maintain a complete digital record and cut down on the repetitive data entry.
- Ensure your team performs this task at the right times throughout the day.
- Auto alerts prompt team members if a temperature is outside specified parameters so that corrective action can be taken.
- Take photos to document resolution or to prove recordings were taken.
Improve accountability and provide evidence to auditors and stakeholders.
